How many times have you wished you had more time for yourself? We schedule work meetings, doctors appointments and family activities, but until we assign a higher value to our self care, our time for self will continue to get bumped. 

How important is it to you to be the best you can be at work, at sports, for your friends and family? When we are prepared to be the best and do the best for ourselves, we will succeed at giving our best to others.
