Fitness Instructor ~ Group Fitness: Spin, SMR,
Barre, Pilates, Yoga. Certified Personal Trainer & Behavioral Change Specialist.

Wendy has been teaching fitness classes since 2004. She grew up studying ballet and has always loved to use dance as a method to keeping fit.

"I love the focus on posture through core strength that dance, barre-style classes, yoga & Pilates provide."

Wendy loves working with ALL ages and abilities. She customizes workouts for her clients whether in a group or personal setting.

Wendy is greatly fulfilled by helping others meet their fitness objectives. She is a certified Behavioral Change Specialist and looks forward to helping you make healthy changes that will help you reach and maintain your personal fitness goals!
