Fitness Instructor ~ Group Fitness: Lagree Method, Spin, SMR, Barre, Pilates, Yoga. Certified Personal Trainer & Behavioral Change Specialist.
Wendy has been teaching fitness classes since 2004. She grew up studying ballet and has always loved to use dance as a method to keeping fit.
