in-home, and in-studio and teach classes
at several local private clubs:

& our local Community Center, BASE.

I love to empower my clients through teaching fitness and self awareness through a mind/body approach with a strong focus on body alignment.

Having fun and loving what we do is often half the battle. I instruct through a variety of modalities; whether it's through Barre, Lagree Method, Pilates, Yoga, Spin, or other training systems, I work in group and private settings.
