We do what we can...

With back-to-school quickly approaching, I find myself preparing to juggle like never before. I have three kiddos getting ready to return to school with a hybrid model of 50% in classroom and the other online alternating from week to week; so truly no consistency that fosters a regular routine for the home life and my career. I hope, plan and pray that I won't let my kids down. But they aren't the only ones to consider...

I love my Chapter II career choice in the fitness industry. I enjoy working with all of you to empower, heal & strengthen your bodies, minds, spirits. I place of high value on self care and love that so many of you do too! It's important for me to honor this within myself so that I may honor those in my life.

With this being said, it is hugely important to me to continue working with all of you as many of us find our schedules becoming a bit more crazy this fall. I have decided to take my class instruction fully online for the next few months beginning September 15th (Tuesdays - Fridays) and offer you a variety of opportunities to take care of your mind/body/spirit. This will allow me to work from home and be more available to my children as they navigate school online. Come October I plan to add more classes (Mondays - Fridays).

I hope that you will have the opportunity to join our online community. I have structured the class times to allow for morning set ups for those working with school aged kiddos. And for those without that early morning demand, I hope you'll join us after a leisurely a.m. routine!

If you would like to take a sneak peak at the fall schedule, please check here or through the website at www.fitnesswithwendy.com.

May you thoroughly enjoy the rest of this amazing summer that Mother Nature has provided us. I look forward to seeing you online soon.

Much love, joy & appreciation,

Wendy
